Guys and Dolls (2001)

Guys and Dolls is a musical romantic comedy set in Manhattan, following con artist Nathan Detroit as he revives his illegal crap game. Nathan must find a new location, but lacks the money to buy out a reliable spot. Sky Masterson, a compulsive bettor, places a wager on Nathan that he cannot travel to Havana with his chosen “doll.” Nathan chooses Evangelist Sergeant Sarah Brown, leader of Broadway’s Save-a-Soul Mission, and falls in love with her. The show features Frank Loesser’s famous songs, including “Adelaide’s Lament,” “I’ve Never Been in Love Before,” “If I Were a Bell,” and “Luck Be a Lady.”
