Hi, I’m Caroline—though some may know me as Britney! I first joined BMTC three years ago, playing one of the dames in Beauty & the Beast alongside my fabulous sidekick, Barbie.

From a young age, I always dreamed of being on stage. I loved the lights, the make-up, and the magic of performing, which led me to join an amateur drama group in my teens. It was through productions like Bugsy Malone, Charlie Girl, and Oklahoma! that my passion for the stage truly came to life.

Off stage, I work within the NHS, where I’m deeply passionate about helping patients and ensuring they receive timely, compassionate care. Alongside this, I’m also a wedding videographer with my partner—something I absolutely adore. There’s nothing more special than capturing a couple’s big day and turning it into a lasting film they can treasure forever.

As a Community Network Coordinator, I’m passionate about bringing people together, organising social events, and creating opportunities for meaningful community engagement.
